Contemporary Chanoyu Exhibition in New York

Art Washi, Architectural Parchment, was shown at an exhibition of contemporary Chanoyu, a traditional Japanese custom combining tea and art.

During the exhibit, several tea ceremony events were conducted to let people experience the world of Chanoyu, tea celemony.
It took place at Globus Washitsu KeiSui-an, a tea house in a penthouse off Union Square, Manhattan.
