Laminate Art Washi Glass Window in a Private Residence with a Spectacular View

Precious Pieces/Hiro Odaira was commissioned to create Laminate Art Washi Parchment glass panels. A combination of Kumo and Hoshi patterns with a mica powder was used as glass windows at a private house with a spectacular view in upstate NY.

Kumo (Quilted Cloud) presents the image of calligraphy splashed over an off-white background in the window panes placed in an entry and bedroom area. The glass screen gives privacy yet offers light and atmosphere.
