Washi Art Scroll at Legendary Nakashima Studio

Precious Pieces was commissioned to create a Washi Art scroll in the legendary Nakashima complex, PA. The art work is displayed in the Conoid Studio, a U.S. National Historic Landmark.

Black and White Kumo (Quilted Cloud) pattern was used to create the impression of Asian caligraphy and a Muji base pattern served as the background in the art work. The scroll is a perforated and one-of-a-kind Washi sheet.
