Sobaya Restaurant, NYC

Precious Pieces restored shoji screens for the Sobaya（蕎麦屋） Japanese Restaurant in the East Village, NYC. We updated and replaced the aged shoji paper with Precious Pieces’ durable Film Reinforced Washi therefore it withstands everyday use in a busy restaurant. Additionally Class A fire protection and Durable Water Repellent (DWR) were applied for stain protection and durability.
